Today i,m going to tell you How to delete/unlock widget which are locked? Its very simple just follow these steps:
Step 1
First copy the widget title e.g "Popular posts"
Step 2
Go To Blogger > Template>Edit HTML and press "ctrl + F" then paste the widget title in search box which you have copyied
Step 3
Now change true to false e.g "locked = true" to "locked = false"
After that Save your template.Then go to Dashboard>layout> Now you can delete your widget..just click on edit then remove.......
