You race against 3 computer driven cars that don't keep to one line round the track. The downsides are that The Police are on every race and always try to ram you off the road, which is likely to ruin your race.
The point of the game is to move up the blacklist to the most wanted racer in town. To do this you need to do so many races and win them to get reputation points. When you get so many points, you can challenge the person above you on the Blacklist. If you beat them, you move up a place and you do the same again for the next person on the blacklist.
